Brief update: that snow in Chicago wasn't a bluff after all, and I seriously enjoy having four wheel drive on a day like today. See AChicagoBlog's post on the same topic.

Renewing my Blog-Vows
After a sizable interim of not really doing much at all, it's come to my attention there's plenty to post about. Stay tuned as I intend to do some writing this weekend.

I bookmarked this a while back and lost track of where I originally found it. Credit is due to somebody. Sorry about that.

Four Year Old Boy Disappointed He Can't Putt After Hole-In-One
" Many people have seen the home video of Tiger Woods hitting golf balls as a toddler. Well there's a new pint-sized putter on the prowl.
T.J. McCoy, a four-year-old Colorado boy, accomplished what many people can only dream of. He hit a hole in one.
T.J. is just learning how to play golf. Half the time he hits the ball. Half the time he doesn't.
But he recently hit a hole in one on a 57 yard, Par 3 at a golf course outside Denver. And he did it with his "Snoopy" driver.
T.J.'s dad says his son was upset that he didn't get to putt."

MUTO: A wall-painted animation by BLU
MUTO a wall-painted animation by BLU from blu on Vimeo.
I know, I know. Two videos in a row. But this is quite possibly the coolest thing I've seen in a LONG time.
Apparently done in Buenos Aires and Baden over the course of several months, artist Blu created an unbelievable number of paintings (often repainting the same area dozens of times) and assembled photos of each into a fairly sizable video.
